Potato Mochai Cauliflower Mixed Vegetable Curry - Nutritious Lunch Curry Recipe

Ingredients for making Potato Mochai Cauliflower Curry

Potato/urulaikizhangu - 3 nos
Cauliflower florets - 1 cup
Green Mochai / baby lima beans - 1 cup
Onions - 2 nos.
Tomato - 1 no.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
Coeiander powder - 2 tsp.
Chilli powder - 1 tsp.
A sprig of curry leaves
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp.
Salt and oil as required.

Method for making Potato Mochai Cauliflower Curry

1. Finely chop the onions, tomatoes and potatoes. Wash the cauliflower florets in hot water and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a kadai add the fennel seeds then add the curry leaves and the onions, saute well till the onions become transparent.
3. Next add the tomatoes and wait till it becomes mushy.






4. Next add the chopped potatoes and the lima beans saute well.
5. Next add the cauliflower florets and then mix well.
6. Now add the powders one by one with the required amount of salt.
7. Add 1/2 cup of water and close with a lid. Cook till the veggies are soft.
8. Now the urulai mochai cauliflower curry is ready to be served.
