Rava laddu is one of my favorite sweets which is prepared during Krishna Jayanthi, Diwali and Navarathri festivals. This is a sweet white ball made with rava, sugar, milk and nuts. My mom makes it during summer vacation and store it in a container. Try this yummy rava laddu sweet recipe and enjoy.
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Warm milk for mixing
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp.
Cashew nuts -10
dried grapes - 10
2. Heat ghee in a pan, roast cashew nuts and dried grapes to a golden brown colour and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the remaining ghee and roast the rava well. Set aside.
4. Take a wide mouthed bowl, add the roasted rava, roasted cashew nuts and raisins, ground sugar and mix everything well by adding warm milk little by little.
5. Make small balls with the mixture. Now the Rava laddu is ready to be served.
