Araikeerai Puli Masiyal is one of the traditional dishes which has got lots of health benefits. Araikeerai is good for growing children and also for adults. Tamarind - Small lemon size
Green Chilli - 2
Onions - 1
Tomato - 1
salt as required
For tempering:-
Thalipu Vengaya Vadagam - 1 tbsp.
Mustard seed - 1tsp
Oil - 1tsp
2. Pressure cook the keerai with all the ingredients for 1 whistle.
3. Mash the cooked keerai well with the mattu or wooden ladle. You can use the Manchatti or the mixer for grinding the keerai.
4. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and vadagam and pour this to the keerai.
Now serve the araikeerai puli masiyal with white rice and Murungakkai Kathirikkai poriyal.

Araikeerai- 1 bunchTamarind - Small lemon size

4. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and vadagam and pour this to the keerai.
