Dry Fruits Milk Shake - Summer Special Healthy Milk Shake for Kids

Dry Fruits Milk Shake is one of the healthy milk shakes ready to quench your thirst this summer. This is rich in Vitamins, minerals and iron and hence good for growing children.

Ingredients for making Dry Fruits Milkshake

Almonds - 10 nos.
Cashews -10 nos.
Dates - 5
Dried figs -2
A pinch of saffron
2 cups milk
sugar as required

Method for making Dry Fruits Milkshake

1. Soak almonds and cashews in water for 1/2 an hour.

2. Chop the dates and fig to fine pieces.

3. Blend all the above ingredients in a mixie by adding 1/2 cup milk.

4. Then add the required sugar and remaining milk. Garnish with chopped almonds.

Store this in a refrigerator and serve this when chilled.
