Cauliflower Pepper Gravy - Gobi Peas Pepper Gravy - North Indian Gravy - Side dish for Chappathis, Rotis and Phulkas

Cauliflower Pepper Gravy is one of the yummy gravy recipe which goes well with chappathis, rotis and phulkas. This is a easy to make recipe and needs only a few ingredients. Try this and enjoy with your family.

Ingredients for making Cauliflower Pepper Gravy


Cauliflower florets - 1 cup
Green Peas - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tsp.
Pepper - 1 tsp.
Saunf - 1 tsp.
A sprig of curry leaves
Chilli powder - 1 tsp.
Oil as required.
Salt as required.

Method for making Cauliflower Pepper Gravy

1.Immerse the cauliflower florets in hot water. Leave for 10 minutes and drain the water.

2.Dry roast the pepper, saunf and curry leaves in a kadai and powder this in a mixer.

3. Heat oil in a kadai, add the ginger-garlic paste saute for a few seconds. Add the onions, tomatoes, green peas,
cauliflower pieces and fry well.

4. Add the chilli powder and salt along with enough water. Close with a lid and wait till everything is cooked.

5. Add the dry roast powder and saute well.

Now the Cauliflower Pepper Gravy is ready to be served.
