Ingredients for making Vegetable Idli

Idli batter - 3 cups
Carrot - 1
Beans - 5
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 2
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
A sprig of curry leaves
Few Coriander leaves
Ginger finely grated
Gingely oil - 1 tsp.

Method for making Vegetable Idli

Add all the ingredients given above to the batter and mix well. Pour this to the greased idli plates just
like you do for normal idlis. Steam cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve this hot vegetable idli with any chutney.
