Baby Corn Potato Combo Masala Gravy

Baby Corn Potato Gravy is one of the healthy North Indian Gravy variety which goes well with all types of Rotis, Naan, Phulkas, Parathas, etc. Try this yummy gravy recipe and enjoy with your family. 

Ingredients for making Baby Corn Potato Gravy
Baby Corn - 6
Onion - 3
Red Chillies - 3
Green Chillies - 4
Tomatoes - 2
Chilli powder - 2 tsp.
Coriander powder - 3 tsp.
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Potatoes - 5
Peas - 1 cup
Oil as required
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves - little

Method for making Baby Corn Potato Gravy
1. Boil the baby corns and potatoes separately and keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan, splutter the mustard seeds, add the urad dal and red chillies and fry for 10 seconds.

3. Next add the ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli and coriander
powderand allow it to boil.

4. Add the mashed potatoes, peas and boiled baby corns, chopped green chillies and little water.

5. Allow this to boil till you get a gravy like consistency.

6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
