Mango Lassi - Summer Special Healthy Thirst Quencher

Mango Lassi is one of the popular summer treat which is served in restaurants. This is a healthy thirst quencher which is a combo of mangoes and yogurt. Mango lassi can be taken after a heavy meal or as a juice for quenching your thirst. 

Ingredients for making Mango Lassi
Mango - 2 nos.
Water - 1/2 cup
Milk -1/4 cup
Thick Yogurt/Curd - 1/2 cup
Sugar as required

Method for making Mango Lassi
1. Peel the skin of mango and cut them into cubes.

2. In a juicer add the mango cubes and milk and run the mixie. Then add the water, sugar and yogurt and run the mixie till you get a fine paste.

3. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
