Crispy Cauliflower 65 / Gobi 65 - Easy to make Cauliflower Pakoda - Starter or Snack Recipe

Gobi 65 is one of the tasty starters or snack recipe which goes well with vegetable biryani or fried rice. This is a very easy to make snack recipe that can be prepared within minutes. I prefer this at home just to avoid any added colors which are harmful. Try this at home and enjoy with your kids.

Ingredients needed for making Cauliflower 65

Cauliflower florets -2 cups
Chilli powder -1 tsp.
Gram flour - 3 tbsp.
Rice flour -1 tsp.
Cornflour - 3 tbsp.
Ginger-Garlic paste -1 tsp.
Thick curd - 2 tbsp.
Salt as required
Oil for deep frying

Method for making Cauliflower 65

1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and immerse them in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and allow it to cool.

2. Take all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and add the cleaned cauliflower florets. Allow this to stand for 20 minutes.

3. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the cauliflower mixture till they become till golden brown and crispy.
